How to Enter

Entering the Holiday Park Awards is simple and completely free.

Step 1: Download the entry questions

Download the Word document for your chosen award category. This contains all the questions included in the official entry form, along with the scoring available for each section.

We recommend drafting your answers in the Word document first. This will give you time to gather the information and supporting evidence you need, involve other members of your team and carefully review your entry before submitting it.

Step 2: Complete the online entry form

Once you are happy with your answers, copy and paste them into the official entry form. You will also be asked to provide your contact details and upload any supporting documents, images or evidence requested.

Please note that completing the Word document does not submit your entry. Your entry will only be received once the online form has been completed and submitted.

You will receive an email confirmation once your entry has been successfully submitted.

Before you begin

• Check that you meet the eligibility requirements for your chosen category.

• Read each question carefully, including the available score and any word limits.

• Use clear examples, facts and measurable results wherever possible.

• Gather your supporting evidence before starting the online form.

• Make sure you have permission to share any information, documents or photographs included in your entry.

• Submit your completed form before the closing deadline on the 20th November 2026.

You may enter more than one category, but a separate online entry form must be completed for each award.
